How does billing work?
Annual contracts only. One payment per year, billed on your contract start date. No monthly billing, no surprise charges.
Can we pay quarterly?
Yes — schools with budget timing constraints can split into quarterly payments on request. The annual rate stays the same.
What's the cancellation policy?
Annual contracts are non-refundable once the billing period begins. You're welcome to run your first lottery free before committing.
Do prices increase at renewal?
We'll give you at least 60 days notice before any pricing change. Early customers will receive advance notice and a grace period before any increase takes effect.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included in every plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a "school" for pricing purposes?
Each physical campus or program with its own lottery counts as one school. A K–8 charter with a single campus = 1 school. A network with three campuses = 3 schools.
Can we add schools mid-year?
Yes — adding schools mid-year is prorated to your renewal date.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data — applications, lottery records, compliance exports — remains accessible and exportable for 90 days after your contract ends. We'll never hold your records hostage.
Do families pay anything?
No. Marble is completely free for families. They create an account, apply, and track their status at no cost.
Is there a discount for multi-year contracts?
